The developer of the Palio Office Park complex in Gdańsk has been granted permission to use second building. In total, there is already over 24 thousand sq m of space available, of which about 16,500 sq m in building A and 7,700 sq m in the newly built building B.
The complex is located in the Młode Miasto district, in the Gdańsk Shipyard which is in one of the most recognizable facilities in Poland, and at the same time one of the best developing places in Gdańsk. According to the plan, 8 modern buildings are to be built there, while maintaining the atmosphere of the historical surroundings.
