Located in the Gdańsk Shipyard, the Palio Office Park investment is a complex ultimately of eight office buildings, with an area of almost 90 thousand sq. m. office and recreational space.
Construction work has just started on the second stage of the investment, which will provide 7,7 thousand sq. m. usable area. The end of construction of the building is scheduled for Q4 2021.
Building A, which will provide 16,5 thousand sq. m. is under BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. The first stage of the investment is to be completed in the next month.
