A modern office building Porta Mare is being built at Warszawska Street in Elbląg. The planned completion date of the construction is expected for Q3 2024, although talks with potential tenants of the office building are already underway.
Porta Mare is a 6-story office and service building with a high standard of finishing. The investment will provide the market with over 11,000 sq m of rentable space and 130 parking spaces, of which over 80% is in underground garages.
