The Porta Mare office building will be built on Wyspa Spichrzów in Elbląg. The mixed-use project will have 10,000 sqm of A-class office space, 6,000 sqm of which will be designated for offices, while the rest for commercial units and an aparthotel. The area of the complex is located in Warszawska street on the coast of Elbląg river. The investment will be constructed in order to stimulate the potential of medium-sized cities and encourage the inflow of qualified personnel.
The project assumes the construction of seven parts of the building with a gable roof, referring to the appearance of the old Granaries, and each of them will have a different elevation – all in a modern design. Around the building, there will be an attractive public water area to encourage the local residents to spend their time in this part of the city.
JLL will be in charge of the building's commercialization process.
Construction is scheduled to start at the turn of 2021/2022.
