Warsaw's 174-meter skyscraper The Bridge is nearing completion. The elevation with its distinctive “razor blades” is complete, and Poland's tallest crane has been dismantled. Currently, finishing work is underway inside the skyscraper and the adjacent historic Bellona building, where the effects are already visible in the lobbies and common spaces.
The The Bridge will offer 52,000 sqm of office space. The skyscraper stands out for its advanced technologies and eco-friendly solutions, as evidenced by prestigious certifications, including SmartScore and WiredScore at the platinum level. More certifications are planned: WELL, BREEAM, Green Building Standard and Barrier Free Facility. The complex has underground parking for 282 cars and 164 bicycles, including charging spaces for electric vehicles, and amenities for cyclists.
According to the schedule, the complex will be ready for occupancy in April 2025.
