Skyscraper The Bridge is already attracting attention of people who pass through Warsaw's Wola district. The glass facade that already mostly covers the office building is the evidence of the progress of The Bridge's construction. Interestingly, this project creates a symbiosis between the past and modernity - the skyscraper is connected to the historical Bellony building. This is how the developers of The Bridge plan to offer innovative business space along with workplaces of a more traditional style. At the moment, it is already known that The Bridge will have SmartScore and WiredScore certifications at the highest Platinum level. In addition to these, it intends to obtain WELL, BREEAM, Green Building Standard and Barrier-Free Facility certifications. The Bridge pays a lot of attention to sustainability, as evidenced by its operating system that guarantees economical water and energy management.
The office building is 174 meters high and will offer an office area of 47,000 square meters. Each of the 40 floors will be distinguished by its unique design. Construction is expected to finish in the first quarter of next year.
