The Factory Project is one of the most innovative ventures focusing on the development of medium-sized cities in Poland. As part of its activities, already in the fourth quarter of 2023 in Włocławek there will be a modern service and office complex of a total area of about 11 000 m2. Tertio Ponte will provide as much as 5 000 m2 of office space, which will significantly increase the number of job offers in Wloclawek, at the same time contributing to the reduction of immigration of the city's residents to larger agglomerations for work purposes. Moreover, Tertio Ponte will be one of the most modern buildings in Włocławek, and the third of the most developed investments of the Factory Project.
