An office building named Tertio Ponte is under construction in Wloclawek. At present, work is being carried out on levels -1 and 0. Soon, work will begin on the above-ground floors, of which there will eventually be five. The new project will offer tenants almost 11,000 sqm of leasable space, consisting of retail units and around 5,000 sqm of modern Class A office space. It has also been revealed that the building will have five aboveground floors.
The modern office building with Class A space is expected to increase the attractiveness of the business side of Wloclawek. The investment is part of a project aimed at increasing the competitiveness of medium-sized cities in Poland. The developer expects Tertio Ponte to be completed in the first months of 2024.
