Hanza Tower is a mixed-use skyscraper located in Szczecin, which will offer over 11,000 sqm of space. The 27 floors above ground will include commercial and service premises, offices, and apartments. Office floors are divided into modules of the size from 113 sqm to 630 sqm. The developer ensures that they can be freely combined and divided according to tenants' needs.
It is the highest skyscraper of this kind between Tricity and Berlin. It is planned to be commissioned in September this year.
