J.W. Construction company has just begun the construction of Hanza Tower office building. The office building will be located at Wyzwolenia Avenue. The 125-meter high skyscraper will offer for lease approx. 34 000 sqm of usable space, including more than 20 000 sqm of rentable modern office space. In addition future tenants of the building will be provided with 400 underground parking spaces. The project has been prepared by Urbicon architectural studio. The direct implementation of the investment will be carried out by Calbud company. Completion of the investment is scheduled for 2014.
