Sobieski Tower applies for building permit

Another office building is to be built at Zawisza Square in Warsaw's Ochota district - the 130-meters Sobieski Tower.

Back in January 2023, a local zoning plan was passed allowing this type of development. The investor applied to the Warsaw City Hall for a building permit.

The project initially envisaged the construction of as much as a 160-meter-high block, but the capital's City Hall did not give permission for such a height. The project is to be 30 meters lower, but wider. The architects proposed a cascading block of varying heights in a rust-coloured design with a large number of glazed areas.

Sobieski Tower is expected to provide approximately 70,000 sqm of modern space, including 43,000 sqm of office space. The investment will be built in one of the most characteristic locations in Warsaw - at the corner of Grójecka Street and Jerozolimskie Avenue. Construction is likely to start at the end of next year.
