The construction of the 3-storey underground of the higher wing of Park Avenue, an office block located on Wspólna 70 Str. in Warsaw, has come to an end. The class A building will have 14 000 sq m of lettable area and it will offer its tenants both big and smaller modules - from 200 sq m. The structure will consist of 2 wings - a 7- and 15-storey one. It will also have a 3-storey underground with a parking lot and warehouses for the tenants.
The investment is being realized by Park Avenue 2010 and the project has been prepared by the architecture office JSK Architekci. Work is going according to plan. The state of progress of the building's whole construction amounts to 40%. The first tenants are to move in by the end of 2018.
