The process of expanding Krakow's Ocean Office Park complex is proceeding according to plan. Soon, building B will be commissioned. Currently, the finishing work is taking place at the facility, such as the installation of green walls. Building D will also be delivered in 2023. The installation of the facade will start in February, as well as internal installation work. The developer anticipates that tenants will be able to move into the unique circular office building in September.
Ultimately, Ocean Office Park will offer tenants 52,600 sqm of office space and 3,000 sqm of commercial space. The complex's car park will have 850 parking spaces, of which around 90 percent will be located in an underground garage. The project also focuses on ecology - as much as 6,700 sqm of the project area will be covered with greenery.
