The first stage of the Ocean Office Park office investment has obtained an official occupancy permit. Building A is located at Klimeckiego Street in the Podgórze district. The 5-storey office building with an atypical wavy facade provided almost 8,000 sq m. of modern office space for rent.
Currently, construction works are underway on the second part of building A, the completion of which is scheduled for the next quarter of this year, whereas the first stage of the complex is in the process of obtaining the BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
The Ocean Office Park office complex will ultimately provide over 50,000 sq m. in 4 stages.
