Nothus and Zephirus office buildings, which are part of Aeropark Business Center, have retained previously received LEED certification. In the recertification process, Nothus has achieved the Platinum level and Zephirus the Gold level. Both buildings stand out for their high air quality, low utility consumption and positive feedback from tenants. In addition, the entire complex is powered by renewable energy.
Aeropark Business Center is a complex of three office buildings located in Warsaw's Włochy district near Chopin Airport. The buildings provide a total of almost 29,000 sqm of class A office space.
