Nothus and Zephirus, buildings being part of the Aeropark Business Centre complex, have received the ecological certificate LEED on the level Gold. During the certification process additional analysis have been made, such as energetic audits, cleanliness audit and users surveying.
Nothus and Zephirus possess BMS. The projects have also been equipped with an ecological cleaning program as well as glazed facades, which enable suitable lighting of the interior with daylight.
Aeropark Business Centre, situated on 17 Stycznia Street in Warsaw, has become a highly desirable location among companies seeking well communicated offices outside the city centre. A significant advantage of the complex is a shuttle bus, made available to the tenants, which rides to the metro station.
