Villa Metro facade at 145 Puławska Street has just been exposed. According to project it was high glazed and complemented by metal linear elements, thanks to them building is standing out of neighbouring development. Construction started in June 2016, building will be commissioned at the turn of second and third quarter of 2018.
Villa Metro is A-class building project that will bring on market over 7 000 sq. m. of office space for let. Building block consist of 9 above ground levels, additionally single-level underground parking will provide over 50 parking spaces. Most of Villa Metro office space is already commercialized.
