Construction work on the Villa Metro office block, situated next to Wilanowska underground station on Mokotów in Warsaw, has been completed. The building, located on Puławska 145 St., is to be commissioned at the beginning of 2018.
The edifice will consist of eight office, one retail and two underground storeys. 6900 sq m, out of 11 000 sq m that make up the total rentable space, is to be occupied by offices. Currently the whole ground floor, provided for retail, has been leased. 30% of the available office space has also been commercialized.
Reform Company 3 is the developer of the project, while Fundamental Group has been chosen as the general contractor of the undertaking.
