The construction works of Forest office complex at Burakowska Street in Warsaw commenced in early summer 2019. The construction of buildings being erected on the border between Wola, Śródmieście and Żoliborz is already visible above the ground.
The office campus will offer about 78,000 sq m usable space for rent, including service and catering outlets, a green patio for tenants as well as an office space.
Forest is one of the largest office projects on a national scale, as well as in Europe. The office campus will be one of the greenest buildings certified in the BREEAM and WELL systems. The first phase will provide over 20,000 sq m at the beginning of 2021, while the second phase will last until the third quarter of 2021 and will provide approximately 55,000 sq m.
