The construction of Forest office complex has just begun. It is located at Burakowska Street, between Wola, Śródmieście and Żoliborz districts.
The investment will bring 79,000 sqm of leasable area. It will be suitable for corporations but also for start ups, thanks to the coworking space. Plenty of cafes and restaurants will be available for tenants on the ground floor, green neighbourhood around the building will provide nice environment to work.
The lower building will be delivered in December 2020 and 120-meters tower in Autumn 2021.
