New 22,500 sq m of office space for lease is bound to appear by 2017 on Bobrowiecka Street. Future offices will be distributed on the six-storey construction with about 500 parking places on two levels of an underground car park. Furthermore, the building will provide additional amenities for users - retail space on the ground floor will offer a restaurant and a canteen. The construction is going to acquire BREEAM certification as a proof of the building’s functionality and highest standards of use. The general contractor Hochtief Poland is starting the construction work of Bobrowiecka 8 building in April 2016.
