Bobrowiecka 8, Spectra Development's newest project, has reached its highest construction point, thereby obtaining a building shell. Completion of the construction has been planned for the third quarter of this year.
The office block, rising in Mokotów in Warsaw, will offer on its 6 storeys almost 22 000 sq m of class A office space and over 2 400 sq m of retail space to its tenants. The developer has also taken care of green relaxation zones, numerous amenities such as a fitness club and a restaurant, as well as a two-level underground parking lot with 501 parking spots.
The building has been precertified in the BREEAM system.
