The alteration in Plac Unii office building began at the end of April this year. Additional office space is being built on the +1 level, thanks to which the facility will be expanded in 2022, thus offering a total of 48,000 sqm. The comfort of customers was also influenced by the amenities associated with the shopping and service strip, located on the two lower levels. Currently, a showroom is available on the +1 level, which can be visited by interested tenants. It presents the arrangement perspectives for a new office space.
