The investment of Liebrecht&Wood and BBI Development - {Plac Unii Lubelskiej][243], thanks to implementing in compliance with sustainable construction standards will be awarded BREEAM Certificate in a “very good” grade.
The BREEAM Certification for Plac Unii will include, among others, water and energy consumption, CO2 emission, use of building materials with a minimum environmental impact and commitment to maintaining the ecological value of the environment and minimizing its pollution.
Technological solutions planned for Plac Unii will include among others: water leak sensors, solar control, air quality surveillance monitoring, acoustic efficiency and light intensity control after dark.
