The Malta Office Park complex located in Poznań is the first building in the world that gained BREEAM in Use certification in its latest version v.6 2020 International. What's more, it received it at the Excellent level in the Asset Performance and Management Performance categories.
The certification covered aspects of the social environment, assessing safety in its broadest sense and the potential social benefits the building can provide in relation to its surroundings. A big step to success was a meeting on 5 November 2021, during which representatives declared their commitment to the development of the local community.
This unique type of certification is a novelty on the real estate market and a process perfectly fitting into the contemporary understanding of the working environment.
