Malta Office Park complex has obtained a very good BREEAM Certificate. The office complex has obtained two types of BREEAM certificate - Asset for energy efficiency and eco-friendly materials used in the construction process and Building Management for good relations with tenants, building management, and waste management.
Malta Office Park is an office complex consisting of six independent office buildings totaling around 30 000 m2. The complex is located in the west-central part of Poznań, nearby Lake Malta.
