The construction of the first office building, part of Lipowa Office Park, will begin in Toruń. The building will have a total usable area of 6,895 square meters. The permit to start construction work has already been issued. It is planned that the construction of the first building will begin in the second quarter of 2024, while the second building will be completed in 2026.
This investment will contribute to the increase in available office space in Toruń and create better working conditions for companies operating in the city. Additionally, Lipowa Office Park aims to obtain BREEAM certification, reflecting the growing market demand for sustainability and social responsibility. Due to its convenient location near the Olsztyn highway and the A1 motorway, Lipowa Office Park will be an attractive place for conducting business activities.
