The commencement of construction of Lipowa Office Park in Toruń heralds the creation of a modern office complex comprising two Class A buildings. The planned opening of the first part of the complex, with a floor area of 6 895 sqm, is scheduled for June 2025. The second building, with an area of 5 200 sqm, will be the next phase of this project.
Work is currently underway to commercialise the building. Lipowa Office Park is another initiative that will contribute to the development of the office services market in Toruń. It is also worth noting that the investment is supported by ongoing road works between Skłodowska-Curie and Olsztyńska Streets.
