The Krakow-based KREO has achieved an Outstanding BREEAM certification. It is another office project in Krakow that can proudly display this highest possible rating. The eight-story KREO building offers flexible office space of over 2,700 square meters, easily adaptable to the individual needs of tenants. Users have access to a spacious, green rooftop terrace that provides stunning views of Krakow's skyline.
Drivers in KREO have access to over 300 parking spaces in the underground garage, as well as an additional 24 spaces in front of the building. Inside the facility, there are also electric vehicle charging stations. One of the additional advantages of KREO is its location, providing easy and quick access to the city center of Krakow and close proximity to historical districts. It is worth noting that the office building has also received a precertification for WELL and the Green Building Standard, and is currently undergoing certification processes for Smart Score, Wired Score, and "Barrier-free Facility".
