Krakow's Kreo office building is already in the final stage. The building is putting the final touches on the common spaces while paving and greenery planting are underway around the building. Work on the sandstone facade, which refers to the architectural traditions of Krakow, has been completed.
Installation of garage doors, door carpentry, sanitary and electrical systems, HVAC systems and installations, and sanitary fixtures are underway in Kreo. Currently, construction of an exit lane from Wadowicka Street, along with a sidewalk and bicycle path is in progress.
The development will seek certification in SmartScore and WiredScore. Kreo will also be certified under the prestigious BREEAM and WELL systems, which confirm the building's environmental credentials, as well as the "Barrier Free Facility," which confirms that it is fully accessible to people with disabilities.
Kreo is located at 12 Wadowicka Street in Cracow. The project will offer over 24,000 sqm of modern space spread over 9 floors above ground. Tenants will have at their disposal an extensive green terrace on the roof of the office building with a view of the Cracow skyline. The building provides 300 parking spaces for cars on two underground floors and 70 bicycle stands with lockers and showers. Electric vehicle charging stations will also be provided inside. All construction work is scheduled to be completed summer of this year.
