New project at 2 Stawki Street in Warsaw has just received building permit.
Intraco Prime will deliver 14,000 sqm A class office space on 8 storeys. Not only office area is planned but also retail and service part on the ground floor and 3 storeys of underground parking. Currently the choice of general contractor is conducted.
The investment is fulfilling the requirements of international ecological certificate BREEAM on the 'Very Good' level. Construction will begin this year and is to be finished in 3Q 2021.
