The construction of INTRACO Prime started in April 2020 and so far all works are progressing according to the schedule. This means that the office building will be completed at the beginning of 2022 and ready to welcome its first tenants.
INTRACO Prime will be a modern and timeless A-class office building. It will have an office and service function. The building will offer 13,000 sq m of rentable office space on 8 floors, whereas 165 parking spaces will be provided on three-level parking. On the ground floor, there will be commercial and service units with an area of approx. 860 sq m.
The investor plans to certify the building in the BREEAM system at the "Excellent" level.
