Neptune Office Center – a 19-storey office building offering approximately 15 300 sqm of office space for lease will be constructed by the Budimex S.A.
In addition, on three underground floors will be situated 161 parking spaces.
The office building will arise on Grunwaldzka Avenue, in the Wrzeszcz district. The completion is scheduled for September 2013.
