The Hines Poland company has just started the construction of Neptune Office Center, located at Grunwaldzka Avenue in Wrzeszcz District. Neptune Office Center will be a 19-storey office building offering approximately 14 700 sqm of modern office space for lease.
In addition, office building will provide its future tenants with 159 underground parking spaces. The completion of the project is scheduled for the Q1 2014.
