Face 2 Face Business Campus, a new office complex designed by Grupa 5 Architekci, will be built at the junction of Chorzowska and Grundmanna Streets, on the premises of the former industrial steelwork, Huta Baildon.
Preparatory works begun on the construction site of the first out of two planned buildings. It will deliver approx. 20,600 sqm of rentable office space in 3rd or 4th quarter of 2019 and the entire investment will provide almost 46,000 of office space along with 765 parking spots and an EV charging station. The project also entails creating a patio surrounded by green terraces, which will serve as a pleasant place to relax not only to the complex' tenants but the residents as well.
