In Katowice on Grundmanna Street office complex Face2Face Business Campus is being constructed. It will have two buildings: one 14th floor tower, which will provide 26,000 sqm for its future tenants and one 7th floors building, which will have 20,000 sqm of rentable space. The complex is going to have BREEAM certification on excellent level.
Construction of the first phase of the building Face2Face A started on September 2018 and soon it will have raw state. Excavation of foundations of Face2Face B began on November 2018. The first phase of the complex will be ready in IV quarter of 2019 and the second phase on IV quarter of 2020.
