Enterprise Park - a modern office complex located in Krakow has just received its occupancy permit. The complex consists of two buildings: Enterprise Park A offering almost 7 000 sqm of office space for rent and Enterprise Park B with a total office leasable area of over 8 000 sqm. Due to the fact that the office buildings are already in 85% leased, the owner of the complex announced that the construction of the second phase of the complex (Enterprise Park C offering over 13 000 sqm of office space for rent) will start next year.
