Cracow: Enterprise Park was awarded BREEAM pre-certification

Enterprise Park office complex in Krakow was awarded the BREEAM pre-certification in a "very good" grade.

The office complex will consist of three four-storey office buildings with a total leasable area of approximately 28 000 sqm. The first phase including approximately 15 000 sqm will be completed in September 2012.
