The office space at the Elektrownia Powiśle complex will be available to tenants soon. Later, the revitalized facility will also offer commercial and gastronomic premises.
The unique investment in Powiśle has almost 20,000 sqm of total office space for rent, in a perfect location in the city center of Warsaw. Customers will also have access to an underground car park with over 350 places.
The project will be finalized in 2020, and its individual parts will be put into use in stages.
