Elektownia Powiśle currently comprises 54,000 sqm of commercial, residential, hotel, and office space. The complex, which is the remains of a defunct power plant, is a unique spot in Warsaw's Powiśle district.
This is due in part to the combination of post-industrial style with multifunctional commercial areas.
The uniqueness of this place was appreciated at the MIPIM World Awards in Cannes, France. This is a prestigious contest dedicated to the real estate market on a global scale.
