An energy-efficient office complex will be built in Katowice at Konduktorska Street. Eco City will be a unique combination of green areas and office space with a total area of over 34,000 sq m.
The complex will consist of 4 environmentally friendly office buildings. It is worth noting that the Eco City project has been precertified according to BREEAM standards on the Outstanding level with the best result for office and service buildings in the entire European Union - 94%.
Eco Square, being a green recreation area with an 800-meter walking path and an open-air amphitheater, will undoubtedly constitute a jewel of the investment.
