The construction of the first two buildings of Eco City has reached its target height. Ultimately, the Eco-City complex, located on Konduktorska Street, is to consist of four office buildings. The entire complex will offer tenants 30,000 sqm of office space and around 1,000 parking spaces. Of this space, 1,900 sqm will be designated as modern coworking space.
The exceptionally high standard of the project is confirmed by the fact that the complex has received a record rating in BREEAM certification - as high as 94 percent and the Outstanding level. This is the highest rating for an office complex in the entire European Union. The first phase of Eco City is scheduled for completion at the end of 2023.
