Local Government Appeals Board has obliged the Government of Olsztyn city to re-draw the building conditions preapred for Centaurus building. The main reason of mentioned decision was too large size of the building: 90 meters width and 17-storey high. The Appeals Board decided that the Government of Olsztyn should present detailed analysis justifying such a large size of the building.
