Several weeks after the topping out ceremony of the first Browary Warszawskie office building, construction works on the next commercial building of the complex begin.
Biura przy Willi building will provide approx. 15,100 sq m. of space on 14 storeys. Restaurants, cafes, retail and service stores will take up the groundfloor, meanwhile two last storeys will come with green terraces at tentants' disposal. Relaxation will be possible also on the grounds of neighbouring Central Garden open for general public.
Browary Warszawskie - Biura przy Willi will be delivered in 2020.
