A symbolic topping out was conducted on Browary Warszawskie - Biuro przy Willi. The building has just reached its target height.
The 15-storey office building offers about 16,000 sqm. of leasable office area. The completion of the construction is planned for the last quarter of 2019, and the first tenants will move into the building at the turn of January and February 2020.
The building received the BREEAM certificate at an excellent level, thanks to the use of many supporting solutions, including saving energy and water and minimizing the building's environmental impact.
