New skyscraper, which construction is beginning at the turn of Q1 and Q2 of 2018 will top up the west frontage of the city. Central Point will have 22 storeys containing office and commercial space and will offer approx. 19,000 m2. Advanced technologies and arrangement ideas will be applied.
Central Point will be located at the intersection of the Świętokrzyska and Marszałkowska streets in the direct neighbourhood of the two metro lines. Several floors will be placed over the 1st metro line tunnel, and another few will be placed on the roof of the metro station.
Commission is planned for the mid 2020.
