The Wroclav office real estate market is bound to be enhanced by the new object, which has been already building since the November 2015 on Niebieska Street.
12 storey Aurea Business House in Wroclav Bielany district will provide 6,600 sq m office space for lease with about 100 park places and additional facilities like a bike room, a cloakroom with showers, an elegant lobby and the restaurant.
The investor Futuro with the general contructor Ultranet estimates the building works to finish in the 2018.
