The area of the unfinished tower block from the 70s in Wroclaw will be taken up by Aurea Business House. The investor anticipates twelve storeys with 550 sq m each. Apart from office space, the building will hold a restaurant with an open kitchen and a kindergarten for the employees’ kids. The fit-out of each floor will be agreed on with the tenants. There will be no underground car park, although there will be a parking space for bikes, showers and locker rooms.
The building is under construction, its completion has been planned for the first quarter of 2018.
