Centre description

Concordia Design Wrocław is a centre for creativity and business, located in the very centre of the city, on Wyspa Słodowa. Within the building you have a flexible possibility to rent an office for 2 people as well as for several dozen. Our tenants have at their disposal 7 training and workshop rooms, call - boxes, quiet work zones, spacious kitchens on each floor and 400 m2 of sun-filled chillout zone. The office spaces are now home to a community of nearly a hundred companies.

Concordia's team helps Polish and foreign companies to grow their business. Through the Poland Prize programme powered by Concordia Design Accelerator, it has brought 31 foreign startups to Poland.

Concordia has its own restaurant with a system of discounts for tenants, conference and banquet halls and a unique club on the building's terrace. Artistic events are regularly held here - concerts, exhibitions, art and design festivals.

In 2021, Concordia won the "Building of the Year 2021" competition of the international architecture portal ArchDaily, and 2023 it took first place in the "Public Space" category of the ART in Architecture festival 2023.

Concordia Design Hub is situated in Wyspa Słodowa 7 in Wroclaw. Building is situated in picturesque location on island on the river Oder. Near there is a park, restaurants and hotels. Concordia Design Hub is perfectly communicated because of tram and bus route next to it. PKP station is located 2,5 kilometers far away from the object.
