JLL Office Agency enabled Wipro IT Services Poland Sp. z o.o., part of Wipro Limited (NYSE: WIT, BSE: 507685, NSE: WIPRO), a leading technology services and consulting company, to secure office space in the Wave building in Gdansk. The company will lease more than 3500 sqm. JLL represented the tenant in the process of negotiating the agreement.
Wipro IT Services Poland Sp. z o.o. has been operating in Poland since 2008. The company is a member of the Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL) - a leading organisation representing the modern business services sector in Poland.

Wave is the first project by office company Skanska completed in the Tri-City area. The 14-storey office complex is located on Grunwaldzka Avenue in Oliwa, the most dynamically developing office district in Gdansk. It is located on a key artery connecting the whole of the Tri city area, opposite the main campus of the University of Gdansk. The office building has received the prestigious WELL Core & Shell Gold award. It also holds LEED Core & Shell and WELL Health Safety Rating certifications. Wave uses only energy produced from renewable sources. It is equipped to save electricity and water. What's more, it has been created using recycled materials and FSC-certified wood. There is a specially designed walkway around the complex, which absorbs harmful nitrogen oxides (NOx) emitted primarily by surrounding road transport.
